  • 9 lbs Premium 2-Row Malt; Great Western

  • 0.56 lbs German Light Munich

    German Light Munich

    For a desired malty, nutty flavor. Lagers, Oktoberfests and bock beer.

  • 0.13 lbs American Caramel 80°L

    American Caramel 80°L

    Mild caramel,nutty flavor, sweet. adds color(Red Ale)

  • .5 oz Target - 9.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Target

    Used for its robust bittering ability in British ales and lagers. Aroma is quite intense.

  • .5 oz Nelson Sauvin™ - 11.2 AA% pellets; boiled 10 min

    Nelson Sauvin™

    Early trials with Nelson Sauvin immediately revealed it to be somewhat different in its brewing character than other hop cultivars. This variety imparts certain grape like flavours to the beer; flavours which have yet to be positively identified. To acknowledge this Sauvignon Blanc flavour the variety was named Nelson Sauvin.

    Citra™ is a special aroma hop variety developed by the Hop Breeding Company (a joint venture between John I. Haas, Inc. and Select Botanicals Group, LLC). It was released in 2007. Citra™ has fairly high alpha acids and total oil contents with a low percentage of cohumulone content. The variety imparts interesting citrus and tropical fruit characters to beer.

Moved to secondary on Jan 26. Fg 1.006. Dry hop with 1 ounce citra whole hops.
