3oz of tea leaf in boil along with aroma hops. 1oz. tea leaf in secondary along with 1oz. of cascade hops.

  • 0.25 lbs Belgian Aromatic

    Belgian Aromatic

  • 1 lbs American Caramel 60°L

  • .75 lbs Crystal Malt 20°L

  • 7.5 lbs Liquid Light Extract

The jasmine flavor of the tea really adds a heavy floral flavor to this recipe. on the next attempt, I would use a bit less tea, and possibly use a bit more hops to balance out the floral with the citris.
