Altered a previous ESB recipe. Hopefully this clone's destiny isn't heading toward certain doom. Steep grains for 60 minutes at 153 degrees. Sparge with one gallon of water at 170 degrees. Add Extra Light extract at 60 min. Add light extract at 20 min. Pitched yeast at 74 degrees. OG 1.056. FG 1.016. 5.2% Alcohol.
