  • .66 lbs Crystal Malt 60°L

    Crystal Malt 60°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

  • .25 lbs Crystal Malt 120°L

    Crystal Malt 120°L

    Pronounced caramel flavor and a red color. For stouts, porters and black beers.

  • .33 lbs Cara-Pils® Malt; Briess

Nothing like welcoming in Spring with a nice ESB. I'm ready to say goodbye to winter. Steeped grains for 30 minutes between 148 - 160 degrees. Add second can of extract at 20 minutes. Add Fuggles at Knockout. Original gravity of 1.062. Final Gravity of 1.018. 5.5% alcohol.
