Pig Roast Old Ale

Pig Roast Old Ale

Old Ale • Extract • 4.8 gal

RussHuntley

Started as a Shipyard Export Clone, but with many tweaks and a much higher ABV. Brewed with yeast I farmed off earlier bottles. Tastes delicious.

Ok...I tried it after one week...carbonated well and tasty but a bit of a fruity or sweet after taste. I think it needs to mellow out a little more.
