Discussion
citrusy sweet and hoppy

Brewed on Feb. 11 so it has plenty of time for bottle conditioning for the 4th of July. Steeped half of the zest with the grains. Coriander and the rest of the zest added to primary. Added 1/2 oz of cascade hops to secondary for dry hopping. Bottled Feb. 25 and tasted awesome. Opened my first bottle March 8. Had great carbonation and had citrus forward taste and a sweet after-taste with nose full of hops, just how i like it. Will brew again.
Awesome Brew!!

I enjoyed every ounce of this beer. Awesome flavor! One of the best IPA's I've ever had. I give it four stars!
