Here's a slight variation on an earlier APA I tried on 10/28, which so far seems to have turned out nicely. I ended up batch sparging and still had good extraction efficiency (the 72% mash efficiency is a good approximator, given the slightly higher loss of extract in the batch sparge), so I'm basically going to stick with that plan, but graduate the new system to a larger (9 gallon) boil volume. Here's hoping for no boil overs!
