  • 1 1/4 lbs Dextrine Malt

    Dextrine Malt

    In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

  • 2 9/16 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 14 3/8 lbs Liquid Light Extract

    Liquid Light Extract

    A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1 1/2 oz Chinook - 13.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Chinook

    Spicy, Medium to Heavy.Very strong bittering ability used in all American ales and lagers. Aroma is very floral.

  • 1 1/4 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 1 1/4 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min
