Turned Out Great

2011-09-15 4:51pm

This was a very enjoyable beer. It ended up as 1.080 OG and 1.021 FG. It is a clear, light tan beer with a moderate hop/malt profile and a clean finish. It's almost gone already. Lots of yeast in the bottom of the bottles so required careful pouring. Starting another batch this weekend but will be using Wyeast 1335 British Ale instead of 1318 London Ale III as the latter is out of stock everywhere i've looked.
