  • 6.28 lbs Liquid Light Extract

    Liquid Light Extract

    A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1.50 lbs Rice Syrup

    Rice Syrup

    Used like other rice adjuncts in American and Japenes lagers to provide a dry, clean taste and light body. Adds gravity without changing body or flavor substantially. Use in place of corn sugar in small quantities.

  • 0.8 oz Zenith - 9.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Zenith

    With its strong aroma and good alpha acid content, Zenith is an excellent choice as a dual-purpose hop.

  • 0.50 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Czech Saaz

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • 0.50 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min
