Wyeast 1028 London Ale™
Wyeast 1028 London Ale™

Notes
Red IPA: I did a single decoction at 10 minutes, boiled for 20 minutes and added back to raise mash from 145 to 155. It helps bring out the carmeliness to balance the high hop usage. Use high attenuation yeast.
