Notes
Add the sweet gale and nutmeg within the last five minutes of the boil. Primary fermentation of about a week, the secondary for about 2-3 weeks and then prime with 3/4 cup corn sugar and allow to condition for at least 2 weeks before enjoying!!!!! Also, this was a 90 minute boil.
