Just kegged. Another great beer in the works.

After 1 week of fermentation, I have kegged the beer. Nice and clean. Hop bitternes high but smooth as traditional for a German Pils. Yeast does leave some sweetness. Looking forward to tasting next week when its fully carbonated and cold.
Nice Basic Beer- True to style

After first taste the hop bitterness is high but smooth. Style true for a German Pilsner. Only single detractor is that it is not perfectly clear. Otherwise this is a perfect beer for those who German Pilsners.
