Cask and Bottle Mild

Mild • Extract • 23 L

Fuggled Mind

This beer was born out of an accident. Accidentally filled a 19L brew to 23L. My Best Bitter became a mild. Fortunately I like mild so will be happy to try this when it finally conditions.

Fuggled Mind

A good easy drinking mild with lingering hop bite.

For what was a careless mistake, I'm extremely happy with the results. For a mild, it is full flavoured and has a good level of hoppiness. I know Hallertauer are not traditional (it was all I had to spare) but it works well and I'd brew this again unchanged. I bottled this one and hope it will continue to improve with age.
