    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 6 7/8 lbs Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Reportedly lightest colored malt extract available.

  • 7/8 oz Cascade - 5.1 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Cascade

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 1 1/4 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.6 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Mild, slightly flowery.

    Wyeast 2565 Kolsch

    A hybrid of ale and lager characteristics. This strain develops excellent maltiness with subdued fruitiness, and a crisp finish. Ferments well at moderate temperatures.
