White Labs WLP940 Mexican Lager
White Labs WLP940 Mexican Lager
From Mexico City, this yeast produces clean lager beer, with a crisp finish. Good for Mexican style light lagers, as well as dark lagers. Available March-April
Notes
Recipe from David Heath's Youtube video. I am subbing WLP940 for a dry lager yeast. I increased the Vienna malt from .5 to 1 lb, for a bit more gravity and color.
