Spotted Tongue Rye ESB
Extra Special/Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale) • All Grain • 5.5 gal
This is not as good as my English IPA 1. The flaked rye seems to add a character I don't particularly like in this beer.

White Labs WLP005 British Ale
White Labs WLP005 British Ale
This yeast is a little more attenuative than WLP002. Like most English strains, this yeast produces malty beers. Excellent for all English style ales including bitter, pale ale, porter, and brown ale.
Notes
Yeast was actually Cream Ale Blend, not on list. SS infusion mash @ 150 Added hop tea from Indie Hops Centennial to keg for additional aroma/flavor. This did not turn out as well as previous English IPA 1
