I brewed this lasted weekend taking it time lots of honey ....have to make a mead for the honey part....will let you know threw out the year how it goes.. happy brewing

Notes
honey beer has no hops in it .some people put then in i want to increase alc insted of hops so lots of honey and barley

yeast is still doing its job honey takes a long time to ferment so looking good smells good no off smells from the fermenting and still at 65 degrees later
