  • 8 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 1 lbs German Light Munich

    German Light Munich

    For a desired malty, nutty flavor. Lagers, Oktoberfests and bock beer.

  • 1 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 1 oz Cascade - 7.0 AA% pellets; boiled 5 min

    Cascade

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 1 oz Czech Saaz - 3.5 AA% pellets; boiled 5 min

    Czech Saaz

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • 1 oz Hallertau - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 100 min

    Hallertau

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

    White Labs WLP802 Czech Budejovice Lager
