    Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 0.3 oz Galena - 13.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

noticed on recipe, actually using muntons gold yeast, started kegging also. found this beer best fresh, looses something after 3 months

add honey when and how much desired, a few times forgot to put in and have added more not a huge effect on the beer. add any time before cooling
