  • 5.5 kg Best Pale Ale Malt; Simpsons

    Best Pale Ale Malt; Simpsons

    The main ingredient of cask / keg ales.

  • 0.300 kg Weyermann CaraRed®; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraRed®; Weyermann

    Red Ale, Red Lager, Scottish Ale, Amber Wheat, Bock Beer, Brown Ale, Alt Beer

  • 30 g Nelson Sauvin™ - 11.3 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

    Nelson Sauvin™

    Early trials with Nelson Sauvin immediately revealed it to be somewhat different in its brewing character than other hop cultivars. This variety imparts certain grape like flavours to the beer; flavours which have yet to be positively identified. To acknowledge this Sauvignon Blanc flavour the variety was named Nelson Sauvin.

  • 40 g Nelson Sauvin™ - 11.3 AA% pellets; boiled 10 min

  • Wyeast 1056 American Ale™

    Wyeast 1056 American Ale™

    Used commercially for several classic American ales. This strain ferments dry, finishes soft, smooth and dean, and is very well balanced.

Notes

Wyeast Pacman Yeast Hops are split of Nelson Sauvin and Citra. 1 minute addition is in the no-chill cube. 50g dry hop after 3 days also.
