  • 18 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 2 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 3 oz Czech Saaz - 5.5 AA% whole; boiled 90 min

    Czech Saaz

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • 2 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 5 min

    Czech Saaz

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • 2 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 20 min

Good falvor and aroma. Very young. Hopfully will mature in the keg.

Clearly not an Urquell

Good beer with great hop balance, but not an Urquel even with Czech Saaz and Bohemian yeast.
