  • 22 lbs Pilsner Malt; Rahr

    Pilsner Malt; Rahr

    A principal ingredient of cask ales using heritage barleys.

  • 7 lbs Crystal 77; Crisp

    Crystal 77; Crisp

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 4 lb Pumpkin (fresh) - baked@375 for 1 hour (omitted from calculations)

    Mild earth spicy flavor. Pumpkins are fruits from the gourd family.

  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice - (omitted from calculations)

    Pumpkin Pie Spice

    Often contains cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.

    Wyeast 1056 American Ale™
