  • 0.75 lbs Crystal Malt 60°L

    Crystal Malt 60°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

  • 8.0 lbs Dry Amber Extract

    Dry Amber Extract

    Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

  • 1.25 oz Centennial - 10.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Centennial

    Aromatic but acceptable for bittering. Medium aroma with floral and citrus tones. Good in medium to dark ales.

  • 0.5 oz Hallertau - 4.5 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Hallertau

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.
