Discussion
Guiness with some smoke
2010-01-24 8:41pm
Nice and dry finish with lots of guiness flavor with the extra dimension of smoke. Sweetness of Oat Stout there, but balanced nicely with the smoke, roasted and hops. My buddy who took the second half of the batch was must sweeter. Must have been a difference in the ferment temps.
Good to the last drop

This one improved with every glass. The 2112 yeast continues to do its work even at refridge temps. This recipe will definately be remade!
