  • 9.71 lbs Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 0.47 lbs Belgian Caravienne

    Belgian Caravienne

    Belgian light crystal malt. Used in lighter Abbey or Trappist style ales.

  • 0.32 lbs Belgian Biscuit

    Belgian Biscuit

    Warm baked biscuit flavor and aroma. Increases body. Use in Belgian beers.

  • 0.44 lbs Aromatic Barley Malt; Simpsons

    Aromatic Barley Malt; Simpsons

    Flavour reminiscent of raisins. Could be used for body in low ABV bitters.

  • 0.8 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 0.52 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Very mild. 'Noble'.
