Notes
Mash at 155. Brewed 11/17/09. O.G. 1.080 (too much water). 350 ml repitch slurry at 45 degrees, 1:30 O2, then 30 more seconds the next morning (8 hrs later). Into keg 12/16/09 at 1.021. ADF = 74%.

This turned out a perfect Dopplebock. Really rich and malty, with a little alcohol in the finish.
