  • 5 lbs 6-Row Brewers Malt; Briess

    6-Row Brewers Malt; Briess

    Mild grain malty flavor. Characteristics & Applications: • Base malt for all beer styles • More husk than 2-Row Brewers Malt making it well suited for high adjunct brewing. • Produced from AMBA/BMBRI recommended 6-Row Malting Barley varieties.

  • .75 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • .75 lbs German Light Munich

    German Light Munich

    For a desired malty, nutty flavor. Lagers, Oktoberfests and bock beer.

  • 3 lbs Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Generally a neutral flavor, used to reduce maltiness of beer. Produces beer with a milder, less malty flavor. Uses: Primarily for light Bohemian and Pilsner lagers.

A fine example of Pre-Prohibition American Pils

I have brewed this beer for years and it is consistently one of the favorites at brewer's meetings and other social occasions.

The proof is in the drinkability

Served a keg of this brew at New Years Eve party and they drank it all. There were several six packs of BMC brews that went largely untouched.
