Wyeast 2278 Czech Pils™
Wyeast 2278 Czech Pils™
Classic pilsner strain from the home of pilsners for a dry, but malty finish. The perfect choice for pilsners and bock beers. Sulfur produced during fermentation dissipates with conditioning.
Notes
Slight modification of my award winning CAP. 90 minute boil to eliminate DMS.

I have brewed this beer for years and it is consistently one of the favorites at brewer's meetings and other social occasions.
The proof is in the drinkability

Served a keg of this brew at New Years Eve party and they drank it all. There were several six packs of BMC brews that went largely untouched.
