Needs some tweaking I'm planning on starting with the WL Saison and adding the WL trappist after a day or two

Ingredients (All Grain5 gal)

  • .25 lbs Cara Malt; Crisp

    Weizens. Improves head retention in all beers. Contributes spicy flavor. Protein rest required.

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.
