Ingredients (All Grain10 L)

  • 2.7 kg German 2-row Pils

    German 2-row Pils

  • 6 g Perle - 8.2 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Perle

    Used mainly for its minty bittering and good green hop aromas in all non-pilsener lagersand wheats. Aroma is pleasant and slightly spicy

  • 5 g Hallertauer Mittelfrüher - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Hallertauer Mittelfrüher

    Fine, 'Noble'.

  • 5 g Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Tettnanger

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • Wyeast 2206 Bavarian Lager

    Wyeast 2206 Bavarian Lager

    Used by many German breweries to produce rich, full-bodied, malty beers. Good choice for Bocks and Dopplebocks.

A good beer i´d say. Maybe the choice of hops could be better. The colour is slightly darker than it looks here. Now this one is brewed at warmer temperature than it should, so I think the result can only be better - its gonna be a winner! By the way.... didnt use candi sugar. I used table sugar (beet sugar)
