My first partial mash!! ,i have stayed faithful to the malt and grain quantity's,but have altered the hops, only because i have a heap of australian cluster on hand (60min) saaz (60&15)and some halltu/hersbr (15&3),just pulled some to check the gravity, couple of more days- but looks, smells, and tastes like its a winner!!!
