  • 14 lbs German 2-row Pils

  • 1 lbs Belgian Aromatic

    Belgian Aromatic

    Imparts a big malt aroma. Use in brown ales, Belgian dubbels and tripels.

  • 1 lbs German Light Munich

    For a desired malty, nutty flavor. Lagers, Oktoberfests and bock beer.

  • 1 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 0.75 lbs Belgian Biscuit

    Belgian Biscuit

    Warm baked biscuit flavor and aroma. Increases body. Use in Belgian beers.

  • 0.13 lbs Crystal Malt 80°L

    Crystal Malt 80°L

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • 1.5 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% whole; boiled 90 min
