Ingredients (All Grain5 gal)

  • 3 lbs Belgian Pale

    Belgian Pale

    Fully modified and is easily converted.

  • 4.5 lbs Belgian Wheat Malt

    Belgian Wheat Malt

    Malted wheat for use in Wheat beers.

  • 1 lbs Rye Malt

    Rye Malt

    Often used in German Ales and specialty beers

  • 0.30 lbs Rye Flaked

    Rye Flaked

    Imparts a dry, crisp character. Use in rye beers.

  • 0.5 lbs Candi Sugar Clear

    Candi Sugar Clear

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

  • 0.5 oz Centennial - 10.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Centennial

    Aromatic but acceptable for bittering. Medium aroma with floral and citrus tones. Good in medium to dark ales.

  • 0.50 oz Mt. Hood - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min
