nice rich autumn beer!

Looks verry nice! This beer will have a lot of body with the oats and wheat, it will probably be a wonderfull rich autumn beer! But I would boost a little bit the IBU to 60 or 65 to balance this much body. Also, for the yeast, have you tough to use something like london ale III (or maby irish ale)? I think it would gives a wonderful fruty (pears) aroma that could be nice with such recipe. gives us some feedback on how it turned out!!

Came out great! I couldn't believe the nose, spectacular pear and citrus notes, plus some good floral character from the Cascades and East Kent Goldings. Plenty of hop bitterness, balanced well by plenty of malt character and sweetness. Good enough to take home the gold at my local homebrew festival in Carrboro, NC! If you were there, let me know what you liked, and what you missed! Gonna try this again in December, so suggested tweakings are welcome.
