This yeast is used to produce American style lagers. Dry and clean with a very slight apple fruitiness. Sulfur and diacetyl production is minimal.
Notes
Ferment 5 days at 75 degrees. Rack directly to keg. Add two 12 oz bags of frozen Red Raspberries in hop bag with sanitized marbles for weight. Allow 2 weeks at room temperature; release pressure daily for first 3 days. Lager 3 additional weeks at 40-45 degrees to clear. First glass will be heavy with fruit sediment, but clear of sediment thereafter.
