An English thoroughbred and a favored choice of malt for many brewers. Simpsons' Maris Otter has a rich and nutty flavor and despite its small, berry size has a strong husk. Solid summer brew

Nice APA - balanced sweetness and a citrusy hop bite on the back of the palate. My Dad and I brewed this one and have enjoyed a few on some hot summer days by the pool. Great summer BBQ pairing beer as well.
