Discussion
Date of Brew and original gravity.

Brewed on the evening of July 3rd. Beer is in Primary and had a lag time of about 22 hours before any activity. I will take a gravity reading around the 10th or 11th of July. OG was 1.062, so I fell just short of the predicted OG. Looking forward to trying this one!

My OG reading is 1.063. I calibrated my hydrometer and found it to be one point off. Final gravity before kegging, which is also acting as a secondary period with 2oz cascade whole hops for dryhopping, came in at 1.014.
