Placed into secondary fermenter on wednesday the 8th of july. It has been fermenting for 10 days now which is quite surprising. The weather in Melbourne Australia not Florida has been quite cool for it is winter here.Overnight temps have been around 4°C lately I think this equates to around 39°F in your language.I will do a hydro test probably next Tuesday to see how it is going.

I bottled the brew tonight the gravity reading was 1.010 which is where I was expecting it to be. It is very pale which is what I was aiming for,the hops have brought out some good flavours and aromas can't wait to try it out.
