only got 68% efficiency, my sparging system seriously needs help. I did it in a gott cooler and only did the protein rest at 120 with half the grain, then raised with 5 qt boiling to 150 and added the other grain and water to raise it to 150. boiled styrian for 75 mins to get 52 OG for 10 gallons. brought bitterness up to 29
