    Sweet, toasted flavor and aroma. For Oktoberfests and malty styles

  • 0.030 kg Chocolate Wheat Malt

    Chocolate Wheat Malt

    Intensifies aroma; improves color. For dark ales, alt, dark wheat, stout and porter.

  • 23 g Northdown - 8.1 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Mellow English higher alpha-acid hop.
