Ingredients (All Grain50 L)

  • 4.57 kg American 6-row Pale

    American 6-row Pale

    Tends to increase lautering efficiency due to a stiffer husk. May be used as the base malt for any beer style. The enzymes in all varieties of the current crop are sufficient to support high percentages of specialty malts and adjuncts.

  • 4.01 kg Australian Traditional Ale

    Australian Traditional Ale

    Well modified, full flavour.

  • 0.92 kg British Crystal 55°L

    British Crystal 55°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, adds mouthfeel and head retention. For pale or amber ales.

  • 1.67 kg Peat Smoked Malt

    Peat Smoked Malt

    Imparts a robust smokey flavor and aroma. Use in Scottish ales and Wee Heavies.

  • 0.30 kg Light Brown Sugar

    Light Brown Sugar

    Imparts rich, sweet flavor. Use in Scottish ales, old ales and holiday beers.

  • 36 g Pride of Ringwood - 8.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Mild. Slightly flowery.

  • White Labs WLP005 British Ale

    White Labs WLP005 British Ale

    This yeast is a little more attenuative than WLP002. Like most English strains, this yeast produces malty beers. Excellent for all English style ales including bitter, pale ale, porter, and brown ale.
