Notes

Hop Additions- I used Summit @ 18aa instead of warrior since summit was not an available selection Summit, cascade and Columbus will be used in all addions 40 min hop addition uses half of the 60 min additions 20 min and flame out editions use the same as the 40 min addition 2 L of starter via stir plate Beer Tools Pro calculates the IBU's at 65 dough in at 150 for 60 minutes using 1.3 qt water per # of grain mash out at 170 to collect a total of 11.5 gal - Dry hop with a half oz of each hop variety used in primary after fermentation stops. I did not move this over to secondary. Crashed it in the primary fermenter.

I plan on using the same hop schedule in my next round of this beer. I am going to make a couple of modifications to the recipe. I think that I'll up the base malt 2 lbs and scale back to one lb of munich and skip the victory.
