BrewTek CL-670 Swiss Lager
BrewTek CL-670 Swiss Lager
A unique strain that has both a clean, crisp lager flavor and a soft, smooth maltiness. Perfect for European Pilsners. Like our CL-660 strain, this is an excellent all purpose Lager yeast for those wanting a fuller, rounder palate.
Notes
Vienna is actually half pils (4 lbs each). CaraMunich1 is actually half melanoidin (1.2 lbs each). Though if I did it again, I'd use a little more crystal & less melanoidin (perhaps even 1.8 lbs & .6 lbs) Should be 35 IBU.
