A unique strain, capable of producing fine lagers. Very smooth, well-rounded and full-bodied. Benefits from temperature rise for diacetyl rest.
Notes
120 degree strike water. Held for 20 minutes. Raised mash to 140 degrees held for 15 minutes. Raised mash to 158 degrees held for 60 minutes Raised temp to 165 degrees held for 15 minutes Sparged with 170 degree water Added 2.5 ounces of hops boiled for 35 minutes. Added 1.5 more hops and boiled additional 40 minutes. Cooled and pitched yeast.
