  • 600 g East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 90 min

Notes

Weyermann Rauch Malz which I used is not available in the menu of malts. so I used the alternative German Smoked for the calcs. OG was 1066, FG1015

great beer for a first brew of this recipe

much body, smoked flavor in the nose and in the mouth. Much of foamhead. Great bitterness
