Turned out great.

Very nice, easy drinking Kolsch. Excellent Pils, noble hop & slight fruitiness reminiscent of pear and/or apple flavor. Not as attenuated as I would have like it to be, but the hop bitterness balances it out and it still retained some crispness. Overall, very good for my first Kolsch recipe. Will definitely brew this one again.
