Ingredients (All Grain5 gal)

  • 13.32 lbs Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 0.15 lbs Belgian Caravienne

    Belgian Caravienne

    Belgian light crystal malt. Used in lighter Abbey or Trappist style ales.

  • 0.15 lbs Belgian Aromatic

    Belgian Aromatic

    Imparts a big malt aroma. Use in brown ales, Belgian dubbels and tripels.

  • 1.18 lbs Invert Sugar

    Invert Sugar

    Increases alcohol. Use in some Belgian or English ales. Made from sucrose & is 5-10% less fermentable than sucrose. Does not contain dextrins.

  • 1.1 oz Styrian Goldings - 6.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Styrian Goldings

    Mild, pleasant.

  • 0.50 oz Styrian Goldings - 6.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Wyeast 3787 Trappist High Gravity™

    Robust top cropping yeast with phenolic character. Alcohol tolerance to 12%. Ideal for Biere de Garde. Ferments dry with rich ester profile and malty palate.
