    Provides body. For Oktoberfest, bock, porter, stout, red, amber and brown ales.

  • 1.5 lbs Belgian Aromatic

    Belgian Aromatic

    Imparts a big malt aroma. Use in brown ales, Belgian dubbels and tripels.

  • .25 lbs Weyermann Carafa® II; Weyermann

    Weyermann Carafa® II; Weyermann

    Carafa I, II and III also are available de-husked. Adds aroma, color and body.

  • 2 oz Spalt Spalter - 4.8 AA% whole; boiled 90 min
