Notes
Brewed 1/25/09. Mash at 150. Ferment at 62. O.G. 1.054. 2 Liter Starter. Into secondary at 1.014 after 2 weeks. Kegged 2/18 at 1.013.

This beer was not good. Ingredients flavors were muddy and it was all banana and no clove. Next time try fermenting at 68, rather than 62, and simplify the ingredients.
