    Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen™

    Unique top-fermenting yeast which produces the unique and spicy weizen character, rich with clove, vanilla and banana. Best results are achieved when fermentations are held around 68F.

Great session beer

This brew has been kegged and force carbed. Now in the lager (converted freezer) at 36 degrees F. The ABV is 3.9--a perfect hefe for summertime drinking.
